FUND-RAISING PROCEDURES

            TBAYS actively seeks to attract donations, grants and sponsorships within its community and membership which may be used to offset the cost of equipment, buildings, uniforms player development and other needs recognized by the Board of Directors.  It is therefore important that TBAYS, as an organization, ensure that the process of seeking those funds at the team, divisional and organizational level is consistent, cohesive and well planned so that at all times the integrity of TBAYS is upheld. 

Please read the PROCESS document carefully before embarking on any fundraising programs for TBAYS affiliated groups.
