Game Schedules will be posted 3 Days before the 1st Game

2) TBAYS is unable to determine exact schedules until registration is complete. A general schedule is printed below showing which day of the week you can expect to be scheduled. You may include scheduling requests on your team registration form and we'll try to accommodate them. Schedules will be published on the website, www.tbays.org, and posted at JFK 3 days prior to your first game.
3) There will be TWO sessions of play this winter. Each session will include 12 games. The first session (Fall/Winter) begins the 1st week of November and runs through mid January with time off for the various holidays. The second session (Winter/Spring) begins the 1st week of February and ends the last week of March. Individual player fees are $125/session ($100 for U8) but you may opt to pay in 3 monthly installments of $45/each. To take advantage of the monthly option, you will need to provide TBAYS with a credit card number or 3 checks dated for each of the 3 months. You may also opt to sign up once for the entire year (two sessions) for $225 paid in one payment at the start of the Fall/Winter session. We are sorry but we will NOT be able to make refunds if you sign up for the entire year and choose not to play 2nd session.
TEAM REGISTRATION-
Please read Carefully as this has changed!
1) There are NO team registration fees. All players on your team must complete an individual registration form with payment. Teams are accepted on a 1st Come 1st Served basis until the bracket is full. Team registrations may be submitted without a complete roster but at least 8 players (5 players for U8) must be registered and paid by the registration deadline or that team will be dropped and the next team on the waitlist will take their place. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to an excessive number of teams registering and then dropping after schedules are posted, teams in the U18 and Adult brackets will be required to post a $200 deposit when they register. This deposit will be refunded once 8 players have registered for the team. The deposit may be may be in the form of a check or cash which we will hold and return or a credit card number which will be charged on receipt with a credit issued when at least 8 players have registered.
2) Teams are allowed from 8-12 players with the exception of U8 which will play 4v4 and can have 5-8 players per team. Players may be added to the team roster up through the 2nd game. Rosters will be checked by the referee before each game. Unrostered players WILL NOT be allowed on the field. You will be allowed to field guest players if you have less than 8 players in attendance and the request is made before game time and approved by TBAYS staff. Guest players will be charged $10/game played.
3) If select players make up 1/2 or more of your team , TBAYS may, at our option, choose to have your team play up to an older age bracket to provide more balanced play. If you do not wish this to occur, please indicate that in the comments area of your team registration. You will then be required to have no more than 3 select players on the field at one time.
4) We will be accepting the first 6 teams to register in each age/gender division on a first-come first-served basis. After that, teams will go on a wait list and be scheduled only if there is field availability. Wait-listed teams who do get into the schedule may not play on the days listed in the general schedule.
5) Team contacts will receive notification of the day and time of their first game as soon as possible after the scheduling is done. It is the responsibility of the coach or contact to inform the other players on the team.
6) Players may play on more than one team but they must register and pay for each team they wish to play on.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION
1) Individuals may register as either house players or as players on a specific team. House players will be assigned to age appropriate teams. The first 12 players in each age/gender division will be assigned to the house team on a first-come first-served basis. Players registering for specific non-house teams must be listed on the roster submitted with the team registration or approved by that team’s coach. Payment must accompany your registration in order to hold your spot. After the first 12 spots are taken, players will be wait-listed and assigned to teams if there is availability. If you are wait-listed your credit card will not be charged or your check will not be cashed until you are placed on a team. You will be informed by postcard or phone regarding your team placement.
2) Players may play on more than one team. Players must pay a separate registration fee for each team they play on.
3) If you are volunteering to coach a house team, we love you!! Please note that on the registration form. You'll receive notification regarding your team and a roster of your players as soon as possible via mail or fax.
Please understand that this is the proposed schedule. If changes are made that won’t work for you, you will receive a full refund as long as we are notified before the first game.
