Game schedules are now online for
the upcoming Cherry Capital Cup Tournament. We have done
our very best to give every team a comfortable play
schedule. We’ve accommodated special scheduling requests
and coaching conflicts wherever it was possible.
If you
see obvious errors in the schedule such as teams playing
back to back games or two games on the same field, please
let us know so we can correct them.
Please
DON’T
make requests for schedules to be changed for your team’s or
coach’s convenience, or because you don’t like your
competition. We can’t and won’t honor these requests. It
creates a great deal of inconvenience for the other teams
and their families when schedules change after they’ve made
their plans.
Please
make sure you look at the
check-in schedule
to see when your team is expected at registration, which
will take place in the barn midway on the drive through our
soccer complex. We require only a coach or business manager
at check-in with all the appropriate paperwork as outlined
in the acceptance packets (also available on our website).
Being at check-in at the specified time will keep everything
running smoothly and avoid your having to wait in line. If
you have more than one team to check in you can do both at
the earliest of your scheduled times. If you can’t make
your check-in time, please feel free to check in anytime
Friday evening from 4-7PM.
