Please remember that you are not registered if payment does not accompany your registration.  To avoid confusion please do not submit registration forms that do not include payment.  If you do not want to send credit card information online, please register by fax, mail, or in person.

Please mail a completed Medical Release form to 160 Hughes Dr., Traverse City MI 49686 as soon as possible.  We will also need a copy of your child's birth certificate if he/she is new to TBAYS.

Registration fee is $150 for the full year ($130 for U8) or $90 for a single season ($75 for U8).  Fee MUST be included with your registration.  If you wish to pay by check, please use the printed registration form.

TBAYS Refund Policy

We will refund payments for withdrawals made before Sept. 1 for Fall and Apr. 1 for Spring.  We are sorry but no refunds can be made after those dates.  Please note that TBAYS is unable to refund players who register for the full year but only play for a single season.
