Board Positions and People
The TBAYS Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of each month. The TBAYS annual membership meeting takes place in early fall. Officers (President, Secretary, Treasurer) and four other directors are elected for the following calendar year. In addition, up to eight appointed members may be added to the board.
