Director of Coaching and Player Development

The Traverse Bay Area Youth Soccer (TBAYS) organization, located in Traverse City, MI, seeks a Director of Coaching and Player Development.  This position reports directly to the Executive Director.  The candidate must be committed to working a non-traditional work schedule; It is a combined field work and in office position.  The candidate must have or be willing to obtain a National ‘C’ License or greater and/or equivalent.  Ability to motivate, train and teach coaches, players, parents and volunteers. The DOC will recruit, select, train and evaluate the coaching staff for the youth, club and select teams.  The DOC will oversee all aspects of player development.   In coordination with staff and board, develop and implement program growth strategies.  Please send letter of interest and resume to director@tbays.org or TBAYS, Attn:  Jennifer Jorgensen, PO Box 5034, Traverse City, MI 49696.
