New this year, please read the following...

You must register for the tournament before placing reservations at the hotels.  Once you register for the tournament, you will receive a confirmation number by email from TBAYS.  The Convention & Visitors Bureau will be notified that your team is registered and can block rooms.  You may then contact the Convention & Visitors Bureau and they will assist you with booking hotel rooms.
